In this workshop a holistic approach to daily yoga practice will be taught, following the vinyasa krama as learned by Barbara Templeton from the legendary yoga acharya Sri Ramaswami. Important asanas, vinyasas, pranayamas and techniques of meditation will be taught as per Patanjali’s system, so that one could incorporate all these elements in a well rounded daily yoga practice. This workshop is open to beginning as well as experienced students. The drop-in fee is $20 for individuals OR take advantage of a “buy one get one free” special by registering on or before October 10th. Bring a friend or family member for a “2 for the price of one” offering.
